Real World Examples

A good example of a gas law in the real world is a common squirt gun. When you pull the trigger you put air into the chamber therefore increasing the pressure. To compensate for this, a small amount of water is expelled from the barrel therefore decreasing the volume. Temperature plays no part in this action. This is obviously Boyle's Law because temperature remains constant and Pressure and Volume or inversely related.
